Innovative Nature Recovery prototype showcased at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
Greentalk showcased their prototype at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, as part of the Connected Places Catapult ‘Design to Deliver’ programme.
Funded by Connect Places Catapult and Innovate UK, Greentalk have created a new product prototype aimed at Local Authorities. The 3 month programme involved designing the product with the aim of delivering a minimum viable product (MVP) once the prototype was developed.
Working together with Brent Council, London National Park City, Outlandish/Tranquil City (Design Partners) and Shift London (Location Partner), Greentalk focussed on key client motivators and insights to create a product that would improve Local Authority productivity, be cost effective and link them to local residents and community groups.
The key features of this solution for Local Authorities involves identifying goals (Greentalk takes the complexity out of the projects by providing the right tools), engagement to foster community participation and the ability to track and report on metrics and actions, leading to a more targeted and cost efficient approach.
A roadmap for this product has now been created and the next stop is to create a Trial with interested Local Authorities, and refine the prototype to create a commercially important and viable product.
